A very advanced weave, dragonscale uses two precise sizes of rings: the smaller rings fit exactly inside the larger ones. Layering these rings creates a look similar to animal scales. Dragonscale is flexible and particularly pleasing to the touch.

Students will practice on larger rings before beginning a bracelet with jewelry-size rings. Choose from stainless steel, brass, copper or aluminum jump rings (or combine them) for your bracelet. Note that Dragonscale is sometimes called Mermaid Mesh.
