Our phone lines have died, and Internet has been up and down.
The problem is with AT&T, and they have promised to have it fixed by Thursday, July 10. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. You can still leave voice mail, which we will check periodically via cell phones and Rebeca's home line. Please note, though, that it could take us up to 2 business days to return phone calls...we will try to keep get back to you as soon as possible, but cannot promise a super-quick turnaround. Also, we are unable to process over-the-phone credit card orders until our phone line is repaired. Email is the best way to reach us during this time, but please DO NOT send credit card info via the Internet!
Note that we are closed on Friday July 4 and on Saturday and Sunday for the holiday weekend. We want to spend time with our families and enjoy the pyrotechnics. If you email us anytime after late Thursday, we won't be able to respond until Monday at the earliest. Please don't send us multiple emails asking if we've received your email, unless you don't hear from us by Tuesday. Chances are, we did receive it, but were out of the office. We need weekends sometimes, too! Thank you very much for your understanding.
