Another new shopping cart feature we recently added is the ability to shop from your previous orders. To get started, you’ll need to log in or create an account on our site. Once you have logged in, click the “Manage Your Account” link in the grey box or access your account at any time by clicking the “My Account” link in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
On your “My Account” page, you will see a list of your previous orders in a box on the right side of the page. Clicking the order number for any of these orders will take you to the order status page for that order.
Once on the order status page, you can see the items in this order as well as downloads associated with this order and any applicable tracking/shipping information. Next to each of the items in the order, you will notice an “Add” to cart button for any items that have not since been discontinued or are out of stock. Clicking these “Add” buttons will add the item to an active cart. For items such as kits that require some customization, the button will take you to the product page where you can customize and add the product as normal.
Once you have added these items to an active cart, you can continue shopping from other orders or our regular supplies page, checkout or save this cart for later.
It is important to note that some items in your previous order (particularly orders placed before our new shopping cart existed) may not be available through this feature. Also, we are planning on adding a “Shop from all Previous Items” feature very soon so you won’t have to hunt through many orders to find something you got before.
