Class Policies

Register for any Blue Buddha Boutique classes by visiting our Classes page. Additionally, you can give us a call at 866.602.RING (7464) or email us at [email protected].

Registration and payment in full prior to the start of the class is required for all classes and private lessons. For public classes, make sure to register early as some classes fill up quickly! Most classes include material fees, but if they do not (as is often the case with guest instructors), the material fee will be due on the day of class. We will send you a class reminder email 48 hours in advance to confirm your registration and remind you of the day, time and location of your class.

Please note, there is a one hour minimum charge for private lessons.

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us 48 hours before your class in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel on or after that time, your payment will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this, unless we can fill your spot from someone on our waiting list.

In the event a class is canceled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class and will be given the option of a full refund or saving your payment as a credit to be used toward a future class at Blue Buddha Boutique.

Arrival Time

All classes begin promptly at the posted start time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This ensures that all students will be ready to begin at the start of class. Late arrivals are extremely disruptive to classes. Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes late or more, you may be barred from attending class and will forfeit your registration fee.

Materials Provided

We supply everything you need to complete the projects, and we have tools and task lights available to use at no charge during class. Unless you have an arrangement with the instructor, we prefer that you do not bring your own jump rings with you as this can cause confusion.

Respect for Students and Teachers

Blue Buddha Boutique desires to foster a positive environment in our classes and we do not tolerate rude, bad behavior, inappropriate conversations, swearing or foul language, violent, physical or verbal abuse. If you are removed from class for any of these behaviors, you will not receive any refunds nor be allowed back into class.

Blue Buddha instructors strive to provide the highest-quality chainmaille instruction possible. We appreciate that you've chosen to spend your money on our classes, and we promise to be patient, cheerful, and attentive to your needs. If you ever feel as though an instructor has not met your expectations, please call or email us at [email protected] and let us know—we can't make changes unless we know about the issue!

Scent-Free Environment

Some people are sensitive to smells such as perfume, cleaning solutions and even scented lotions. (Rebeca is one of these folks, and some smells—while pleasant—can induce awful coughing and sneezing fits). Please be considerate and refrain from wearing perfume/cologne during class.

Orders & Shopping

We strongly encourage you to email us your order at least 2 days prior to class, so we can prepare all the necessary items. If you'd like to see certain items in person before committing to purchasing, that's OK—simply include a list of these items and we'll pull them from the shelves for you. Plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to class to look at the products.

Finally, enjoy your classes! Your feedback is important to us, and we love to hear your experiences with our instructors and projects. Feel free to email us at [email protected] or give us a buzz at 866.602.RING (7464) to let us know what you think.

Happy weaving!
