Slide clasp in four finishes (plated): silver, copper, gold and gunmetal. The length of the clasp is 15.9 mm (5/8"), and the hole will fit up to an 16g SWG ring (1.6 mm, 0.062"). A perfect way to finish flat weaves like Dragonscale and European 4-in-1.

Slide clasp in four finishes (plated): silver, copper, gold and gunmetal. The length of the clasp is 20.6 mm (16/64"), and the hole will fit up to an 16g SWG ring (1.6 mm, 0.062"). This clasp is a great way to finish wider flat weaves such as Conundrum, European 4-in-1 and Rondo a la Byzantine.

Originally made for beaders wishing to join multiple strands, these sterling silver clasps are prefect for chainmaille. The holes can fit up to a 14g AWG rings (1.63 mm, 0.064")

Base Metal Lobster Claw

We replaced our old lobster claws with these lead-free ones! Available in 4 finishes—copper, gunmetal, silver-color and gold—and a few different sizes. The current lobster is slightly smaller than the one we previously carried.

The length of this lobster claw is 14mm, and the hole will fit up to an 18g SWG ring (1.2 mm, 0.048").

Huge Base Metal Lobster Claw

These ginormous lobster claws are perfect for large necklaces and for folks who have difficulty with the smaller clasps. Available in 4 finishes—silver-color, copper, gunmetal and gold. The photo shows the huge lobster claws next to the regular 14 mm lobster claw to give you a sense of scale.

The length of this lobster claw is 22 mm, and the hole will fit up to a 16g SWG ring (1.6 mm, 0.062").

Sterling Silver Lobster Claw

Choose from two sizes (the small clasp has been discontinued). Each clasp includes an attachment jump ring, but you can remove it and add your own if you prefer.

Medium (16.0 mm) - hole fits up to 16g (1.29 mm, 0.051")
Large (18.1 mm) - hole fits up to 15g AWG (1.45 mm, 0.057")

Sterling Silver Figure 8 Clasp

These clasps are easier to close than the regular lobster claws. The large is especially nice on chunky necklaces. Small clasp is 15mm long; the hole accomodates up to two 17g AWG rings (1.15 mm, 0.045"). Large clasp is 19.4 mm long and can fit up to two 16g AWG rings (1.3 mm, 0.051")

Niobium Duck Hook

This handmade hook coordinates with our anodized niobium jump rings. Shown in the photo are the mermaid blend (l) and spring green blend (r). Because the hooks are individually made and anodized by hand, expect variations in color, size and finish. The hook is approximately 22 mm long and 15 mm across. The connection loop can easily accomodate up to a 14 AWG ring (0.064" / 1.63 mm). Note that the connection loop is far to the inside of the component, which means you'll need a ring with a large enough inner diameter to reach the hole. We recommend using size N16 (9/32" / 7.1 mm inner diameter), but you might be able to use I14 (13/64" / 5.2 mm inner diameter) on some of the hooks. Remember to leave an extra hanging ring at the opposite end of your piece for the hook to attach to.

Niobium S Hook

Because the hooks are individually made and anodized by hand, expect variations in color, size and finish. The hook is approximately 18 mm long and 11 mm across. The connection loop can easily accomodate up to a 14 AWG ring (0.064" / 1.63 mm). Remember to leave an extra hanging ring at the opposite end of your piece for the hook to attach to.
