Processing is the time it takes us to print, fill, pack and get your order out the studio door. Rush orders will be processed first. All other orders will ship in the order in which we receive them. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Please add 2-4 business days to the processing time for Resale orders and orders over 10,000 rings. (Please note our Resale and high volume order queue is separate from our standard order queue....this means our regular customers' orders won't be held up if there is a 40,000-ring order that came in two minutes ahead of theirs!)
We ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most of our orders ship via USPS mail. When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation number and can access the status of your package via USPS.com.
Domestic Standard Shipping (First class)
Available for domestic orders less than $35.00. Transit time varies from 1-5 business days, depending on how close you are to Chicago and how close you are to a major city.

Transit time varies from 2-3 business days.

Note that PDFs do not count toward the order total for discounted or free shipping. Make sure your order has $100+ worth of non-PDF items in order to receive discounts on shipping.
Domestic Express Mail Shipping
Choosing Express Shipping means that, once your order has been processed** and shipped, it should arrive to you the next business day or possibly longer depending on your location and proximity to an airport. To estimate when your order will leave our facility, please see our processing times above.
Shipping fees start at $25.00 for items that fit in an envelope. If your items need a box, additional charges will apply.
***Please Note: Choosing Express shipping DOES NOT bump your order to the front of the queue. If you would like to speed up the processing time for your order, please also select to add Rush Processing (more information below).
Need your order extra fast? Electing to add Rush Processing to your order means that your order will be bumped to the front of the queue and processed first, meaning it will be shipped** sooner than orders without this service. Rush Processing is available for any and all orders, large and small, domestic and international. Rush processing is not a flat rate and does depend on the size of your order as well as other factors including whether you are purchasing anodized niobium which we anodize in-house. If you would like an estimate of the fee before completing your order, please contact us.
Processing time for your order may vary depending on the number of items in your order or other factors including whether you ordered anodized niobium or if there are 10,000 or more rings. We are often able to give you a processing time estimate BEFORE you place your order, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like that information in advance.
***Please Note: Adding Rush Processing DOES NOT effect your shipping time. If you need your order to be shipped more quickly, please upgrade your shipping in addition to adding Rush Processing.
All international orders are shipped First Class and are insured.
International shipping fees:
Canada and Mexico $10.50
All other Countries $14.95
Rates may be higher for for very large or heavy orders. All shipping overages will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid prior to the order being shipped. If you think these overages may apply to your order and would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order, please feel free to send a list of the items you would like to purchase via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a quote right away.
If you would like your order sent by Express Mail, please send an email to us at email@example.com prior to placing your order. We can check the fees and send you a quote. Keep in mind, Worldwide Express Shipping can take anywhere from 3-8 business days based upon your location.
If you are required to pay extra delivery charges, your order will be shipped once that payment is received. Depending on the size of your order, you may be responsible for customs and duties taxes, which can be very costly. You are fully responsible for contacting your local post office prior to placing an order to determine what charges you might incur. Under no circumstances is Blue Buddha Boutique responsbile for paying these charges.
Order Confirmations + Insurance
Orders include Delivery Confirmation. If you would like to add Signature Confirmation and/or Insurance to your package, or have it sent by Express Mail, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 773.478.3767 or 866.602.RING (7464). We'll send an e-invoice for the services you desire.
Combined Order Convenience Fee
We have a fee of $3 per order for combining multiple orders placed by a customer within a short period of time*. If once you have completed your order, you realize you have forgotten something and would like to add more items to your order, you may place an additional order online and be reimbursed the additional shipping charges. However, combining orders placed online (or adding items by phone or email) will incur a $3 convenience fee for each additional order added to the original order.
For example, if you place an order online, then place a second order and wish to combine them, we will reimburse the additional shipping minus $3 for processing. If you place an order, then place two additional orders that you wish to combine, you will be reimbursed the additional shipping you paid on both orders minus $6 and so on.
